DTC has the capability to test airbags in either a static or dynamic scenario. The falling mass drop tower allows you to assess the performance characteristics of your product. Static testing allows for an assessment of the deployment characteristics.

Steering Assemblies

Steering columns can be tested for their ride down characteristics either as an individual component or as part of an assembly which may include mounting brackets, steering wheel and airbag.

Interior Trim

Using our falling mass drop tower we can test the impact characteristics of interior trim components such as door trims, knee bolsters, head lining, sun visors, etc.

Protective Clothing

DTC enables you to assess the effectiveness of your protective products with respect to energy absorption and dissipation characteristics. These may include knee pads, elbow pads, back protectors etc.
